How do we optimize small businesses? We help improve the business' presentation, processes, and tools to help make their business more accessible to potential clients, more desirable to current clients, and more efficient, and by so doing make the business more profitable.
We are a Utah-based company, who loves to help small business become better and do so in a way that is as simple and straightforward as possible.
I have been in many different positions in many different types of companies. From being the Marketing Manager of a half-a-billion dollar agricultural cooperative, to Project and Support Manager of an early-stage tech company, my breadth of experience, along with a passion for efficiency, is tailored to help give me the insight and knowledge on how to improve businesses.
I have worked in positions such as retail sales, technical support, production and lab technician, customer support manager, project manager, marketing manager, and more. I noticed through the years that many businesses made similar choices which prevented them from being more efficient and more attractive to customers. Business decision makers would fairly frequently not recognize the possibilities for making the business better, but often when they did, they either didn't know where to begin or were fearful of making change without feeling completely immune to risk.
Due to my experience and desire to make things more efficient and beautiful, I decided to start MarketDuru to help other businesses recognize ways in which they can become better.
